Shipment Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that the fulfillment time could vary during sales and holiday seasons. Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us at  to schedule a pick-up time. 

North Star Cutlery currently only offers shipping to Canada and international shipping to USA.

Orders are qualified for free shipping and after discount total reaches $150 for Canada and $180 for USA.

Flat rate shipping fee of $18 applies to orders shipping to Canada, using Canada Post. Delivery standard is 2-6 business days.

Flat rate shipping fee of $30 to US, using USP or Canada Post. Delivery standard is 5 -7 business days.

To request a shipping address change, please email within 2 hours after placing an order. Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error, the customer assumes full responsibility.

Please note that we are not liable for any delays, losses, thefts, or damages to parcels due to weather conditions, errors in local delivery, or hold-ups during international transit.

Once a package has been successfully delivered to the specified address, We are not liable for any loss or theft of the package. The customer is solely responsible for the products after delivery.

Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the continue to ship button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Great Vancouver Area.

Local delivery is available three times a week. All delivery requests must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email of notification.

Self Pick-Up

Free local pick-up is available at Burnaby and Vancouver location. Pick-up times may vary. Please contact  to schedule a pick-up time.
