Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the particularity of tableware, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please consider carefully before buying. If you have any questions, please contact us 24 hours a day.

Uneven glaze color of blooming, bumps, black spots, pores, unglazed symptoms sometimes are present, because pottery (coarse pottery/fine pottery) uses a grainy earthy texture, rough surface and frosted texture to achieve its effect. As a result, the color of the brush is uneven, the hand-painted, and hand-made products cannot be the same. None of the above matters affect the use.

The product size and weight are all manually measured, and there may be an error of 0.1cm to 1cm. The above are not within the scope of the defects. As a result, no return or exchange is provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us with photos of the damaged item and a brief description to initiate the refund or exchange process, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Once we have confirmed the item's condition, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent for return or exchange. Unfortunately, if a request is not received in time, a refund or exchange will not be granted. Original shipping cost are not refundable.
